is a newly built modern villa with swimming pool for vacation rental in Puglia in the Mesagne area. Surrounded by olive trees and perfumed by the essences emanating from the orange grove, the villa offers up to 8 beds.
There are all modern amenities such as air conditioning in every room, washing machine, wi-fi internet, barbecue, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, electric oven, electric kettle, toaster, hair dryer, TV, iron and ironing board.
The villa is also equipped with state-of-the-art facilities such ashome automation system, alarm system, photovoltaic system. Pets are allowed.

A long avenue in the green leads to the new villa Dimora Seculari, a facility where you can spend stays dedicated to relaxation and regeneration during your vacations in Puglia, surrounded by olive and citrus trees.
At the back of the residence is thepool area around which there are sun loungers for the solarium, deck chairs, wicker lounge and shaded areas with light-colored drapes: a true oasis for days in the open air.
A spacious shaded veranda is furnished with a sitting area, outdoor table and chairs for outdoor dining.
The interiors are airy and cozy: the living area consists of a living room with dining room, from which you move to the well-equipped kitchenette .
The sleeping area consists of 2 triple rooms furnished with a double + single bed and 1 double room, all with en suite shower rooms.

Dimora Seculari is located in the Brindisi countryside, just a few minutes` drive from the center of Mesagne, a city of art, a candidate for Capital of Culture for its important history and its architectural and scenic beauty.
From Mesagne you can easily reach other beautiful towns worth discovering, such as the city of Brindisi with its important museums, Francavilla Fontana and Ceglie Messapica.

 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 20 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 80 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The house is visible from the provincial road.
