The single-storey house is composed as follows:

Day area:
- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV as well as a dining area with a dining table for up to 6 guests.
- A south-facing veranda with garden furniture and a large reception table.
- A kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso pod coffee machine...

Night space:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm).
- Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm).
- Bedroom 3: a bunk bed (sleeps 2) and a pull-out bed to double the width of the lower part of the bunk bed.
- A bathroom with a bathtub, a washbasin, a heated towel rail and a hairdryer.
- Separate toilet.

Exterior:
- A large south-facing garden of approximately 400 m², laid out with garden furniture and a barbecue to enjoy a good meal in the sun!
- A garage used as a laundry room is at your disposal. It has a food storage area, a fridge and a washing machine and dryer.
- The house has a garden shed where you will find the barbecue and outdoor furniture. You can also store bicycles there.
