1 star is a bit much for this hotel. Room 203 had hair all over the sheets . Obviously it was not changed and I moved the mattress at there were bed bugs. We were offered another room but we declined. If one trim has them all rooms have them. Front staff did not refund Expedia and the manager has yet to respond. I will be calling the health department and have this place shut down. I have pictures as well. Refund my money or get shut down

The staff was pleasant. Although it took more than 5 minutes for someone to come to the front desk, he was apologetic and efficient. The hotel was extremely run down and kind of scary. It didn’t feel safe at all and severe neglect was apparent, bottoms of doors eaten away, peeling paint and several large brown stains on the carpet in both the hallway and room. The bathroom was surface clean but still uncomfortable. I booked for 2 nights non refundable and opted to leave early the next morning considering it as a lesson learned.

I went with my husband and kids. I booked almost a month in advance. Got to the hotel and first thing i was hit with. Was a $100 deposit. There was nothing on the site about any deposit. First time going to a hotel and they wamtva deposit. My husband gave them cash. Then they said if its cash then we need $150. Then the pool was closed. And the room was gross

You had to run your bath/shower water for 60 or more mins before it got hot. So no sink water was hot or warm to wash hands or wash your face. TV only had few channels that worked rest were bad reception or a bad TV. Room was dark due to several lights didn’t work in room or receptacles to plug your stuff into Super flat pillows on a king size bed. Not a good experience.
