This 29m2 no smoking studio is just as suitable for tourists wishing to visit the beautiful city of Metz as it is for professionals passing through to work there.
Its ideal location will allow you to move around with ease.

This new apartment consists of a living room with an open and well-equipped kitchen.
We tried to create several spaces: a dining room with a table for 2 people, a TV area with a small table and 2 armchairs whose television is also visible from the bed, a large double bed with two bedside tables and an office space with chair and outlets nearby.

As for the bathroom, which has a toilet, washbasin and shower, it is a little far away in order to preserve all privacy.

You will stay in the district of the amphitheater which is in full development.

You will benefit a few steps from the incredible Parc de la Seille for walking or playing sports, the Arènes de Metz which is a sports complex where many events take place.
But of course, the Center Pompidou, museum of modern art, the most beautiful train station in France and the congress center, ideal if you come for work.
Although the apartment is close to the Muse shopping center (including many shops, restaurants) and also the Kinepolis cinema with its bowling alley, you will be protected from noise and the nuisance that may result from it being located on an upper floor, next to garden.

You will have access to a new fitness room offering a breathtaking view of the Center Pompidou, shared with the other members of the building.
Moreover, a inner courtyard with garden and bench and a private parking place in the indoor garage, linked with a lift.

The Neighborhood:
