DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REST. The noise inside the room from their events feels as if you were sitting inside the event all the way until 2 a.m. There was no notification to our room about the party taking place. Management does not care so long as they pocket the party money. This place is a party venue not a hotel.

For the price and rating on internet, this hotel is average at a high price. I travel around world and I review hotels before booking. This is the reason I selected this hotel over others in the area. I will not be staying at this or other hotels owned by Araiza group, nor will I recommend it.

I got a suite upon arrival they did not have any rooms they assigned me to. Room that had people in it I had to wait a hour for them to say sorry we have to downgrade u and only gave me a free drink

Upon arriving, they were really nice. Everything was good. Once we entered the room. We noticed that the sink was loose. The outlet was loose. The showerhead was loose. I would’ve thought that maybe they would have it a little bit more presentable. There was cracks in the shower, we brought it up to the workers. They took care of that. They had two weddings, and I don’t think it was right that they were parking where we usually park at for the ones visiting. I think they should’ve had a different arrangement we had to park all the way in the back. They could’ve done a better with parking. The phone wasn’t working also for us to be able to call to get more towels. Overall I think for what we paid for I think of all that wasn’t like that I would’ve given it a five stars
