My room has bed bugs my daughter was bit all over. Staff seemed like it wasn’t serious and not once did I get an apology. They switched me rooms to a bigger one which I really didn’t care for. I was more upset about my daughter getting but by bed bugs in room 2122! I will never ever stay here again.

The place was clean,the staff was very friendly, restaurants was delicious and friendly. The lights were flickering on the hallway, smell old, bed was super uncomfortable, towels had holes, AC was extremely noisy and to top it off the Train goes by at 6 am every day blasting the Horn, walls are super thin. So you'll hear everything and the toilet seat was broken. I'll be going to another hotel next time
