The hotel was overbooked and they sent us to another property the hotel had mold and whilst the area was okay this was not what we envisioned.

The room was beyond cold, when i came in the window was wide open and they didn’t have any heaters to provide. Got a second banquet but still spent the coldest night ever. Too noisy since 8:30am.

One of the worst places I've ever been to. It doesn't look like a hotel, it is more like a house facade, the chek-in took 35 min. The clerk was super slow, took him an eternity to write my number. The room had an awful smell of fresh painting and cement. There weren't bedside tables, no bins even in the bathroom, no soap. There were 2 unlabeled bottles with what could be shampoo but that smell horrible.

Estan bien las habitaciones, hay agua caliente 2/7, tienen vigilancia y la señorita del check in fue amable con nosotras, nos dejaron ingresar 30 min antes de las 3:00pm, asi que se agradece. El precio es demasiado accesible con cercania a zonas clave. Puntos a mejorar, nos dijeron que podiamos estacionarnos en frente pero habia mucha incertidumbre sobre si se tenía que pagar parquimetro o no (no somos de cdmx), preguntamos a una srita de recepción que nos atendió muy mal cuándo queríamos saber de ello. La limpieza de la habitación al llegar le faltaba, habia ciertos detalles... De todo lo demás bien, está en muy buena zona, se escucha mucho ruido en las habitaciones pero las noches son tranquilas. En frío hay que llevar cobijas adicionales ya que el hotel es fresco en su interior y cuando solicitamos cobijas no habían. Si me volvería a quedar por la zona y precio

El lugar está bien, la estancia y los cuidados están bien. Sin embargo, desde que llegué me dijeron las personas del lugar que no hay estacionamiento en el sitio, que es error de la app. Sinceramente si perdí algo de tiempo en buscar ya que tenía la confirmación en la mañana de que sí había y pues fue un poco difícil ya que no conozco del todo en los alrededores. Fuera de eso podría regresar y solo contemplar la parte del estacionamiento

La descripción decía que contaba con estacionamiento gratis a 50 metros lo cual no era cierto el personal era descortés y pasamos frío las cobijas eran muy delgadas, las ventanas estaban sucias

La habitación estaba cómoda, sin embargo el baño tapado y con poca presión de agua. Lo reportamos pero fue un inconveniente durante la estancia y nos cambiaron ya al final de cuarto, el nuevo igual con poca presión de agua. En general limpio todo, cómodo. Servicio cambia de turno y a veces no nos pasaba el reporte que se hizo en el turno anterior sobre el baño.

Las habitaciones son muy buenas y el servicio del personal muy amable, sin embargo lo que no me gustó fue que no me limpiaron la habitación todos los días que estuve que fue una semana y que no repusieran las tuallas y las botellas de agua, las halmuadas fueran muy planas y casi nada de relleno de ahí en fuera todo muy bien

Puede mejorar ,hubo una sobreventa de habitaciones y le dieron prioridad a huéspedes que ya habían realizado el pago siendo que nosotros elegimos la opción de pagar al llegar y nos enviaron a segundo plano (teniendo aún nuestra tarjeta de garantía de pago en Expedía) a pesar de haber avisado que llegaríamos por la noche, hubo falta de papel de baño en una habitación y en la otra habitación no tuvimos control de TV porque según el personal lo habían extraviado y no tenían repuestos :(
