Very Good Option For More Than 1 Person

Nice Place to Stay. Spacious, beds decent, choice of pillows. Not as noisy as others say, noise was acceptable and almost non-existant after 10pm. WiFi was acceptable. Guards at entrance were friendly.

The apartment is located in the Nápoles colonia (neighborhood). There are several restaurants walking distance, a pharmacy and corner store. Víctor, the gentleman responsible for handling my reservation for the apartment, was personable and made the transaction easy. He kept in contact and answered all my questions promptly. FYI, you can only pay cash or use PayPal to pay for your stay. The apartment was clean and spacious. The kitchen was equipped with the necessary items. The beds were comfortable. My family and I enjoyed our stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.

I was a little skeptical about staying here due to so little reviews, however after running out of options for a large group of people, we stayed here for one night. This was a very safe place and definitely well maintained. We used the kitchen to cook breakfast and felt at home. I would highly recommend this to anyone. The only downfall is that I am a very light sleeper and not used to the city noise. The noise of ambulances and neighbors drinking kept me from getting a good sleep. We also had to sleep with the windows open and felt safe in doing so as this is a gated community and we were on the 5th floor and nothing could possibly happen. Despite the noise, I would stay again, as I’m sure that’s just part of staying in the city.

Perfect Apartment for large Families

We stayed at apartment Arizona over spring break and are beyond happy with it. It is large and roomy for big families ( 2adults, 2 teenagers& 1toddler fit comfortably). Apartment: Master suite with attached bathroom has room to fit a toddler bed (we built it with couch cushions)& big shower for splash fun. Teenagers each had their own room& a full bathroom. Living room is spacious and has 2 couches& 2 armchairs. Kitchen: fully equipped with a washer&dryer combo. Security: The front entrance is staffed with security guards (as is usual in nicer Latin American apartment houses)who are friendly& helpful.The water heater didn't work one time and they helped turn it back on.We felt perfectly safe and comfortable letting the kids play in the courtyard. Kids: the toddler had lots of kids to play with on the playground in the courtyard. Big playground 10 minutes walk at Parque Pombo. The teenagers made fast friends and played soccer with their peers. Despite the language barrier they all played well together. Food: delicious and dirt cheap restaurants all around! Italian, Mexican (El Huequito), bakeries (one across from Parque Pombo) Supermarket Superama and lots of shops at World Trade center. Transportation: metro station&buses is 10minutes by foot. Taxis are very cheap!Either flag down on street or go to world trade center (10 minutes walk).payed about 3-6 dollars to go to centro historico (depending on driver!..) Tip: La Ciudadela market, artisan crafts, no crowds.

Excelente opción de hospedaje, departamento muy completo. Cuenta con 3 habitaciones en la que pueden dormir cómodas 6 personas, 2 baños completos sala, comedor, cocina equipada y cuarto de lavado. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahí.

Departamento super práctico

Para mi lo mas importante fue llegar y ver que el lugar estaba muy limpió, los espacios muy amplios el equipamiento es el necesario para una estancia temporal y la.ubicación se me hizo muy buena, la zona segura y bonita
