Crummy and run down.

This hotel looks better online than in person. The condition can best be described as “overdue for updates and repairs”. Not to mention that the 3 days I was here, the internet was functional at best 10% of the time. Of course they had posted “sorry that our wi-fi may not be working until September 12. Good to know after I paid and arrived to get work done. Avoid this place, unless you just need a bed and not much else. Do better Exe Suites San Marino.

Great location, felt very safe walking at all hours of the day. The place is old but it's clean and evedything worked well for me, hot water, Wi-Fi, bunch of street food in the area. It does get a bit noisy at night, ot a problem for me but it is something to take into consideration if that would bother you, one can hear traffic, music from the restaurant right next to the hotel very loud and clear. All in all i recommend, will rent again here. Fantastic place.

The staff were wonderful. However, this building is really old and the images and advertisements are extremely misleading. Walls are 70's yellow, vinyl floor is full of holes, no thermostats in rooms, and nearly all of the gym equipment was broken. In the photos everything seems bright and modern. In reality it's an old building slowly falling apart.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The sofa was ripped and had a large stain. The furniture needs updating. It needs a renovation. It has a stove, fridge and microwave, which makes it handy.
