My room was the most disgusting room I have ever seen. One pillow was stained with a horrible dark spot. Carpet was dirty, there was a kid’s blanket and stuffed animal that for me was a sign that someone lives there when room is not booked.

La delegación en la que se encuentra muy tranquila y bonita, celular ca está la Plaza de Coyoacán, la atención por parte de los administradores muy amables y muy buena atención, solo sentí que en limpieza si había algo de polvo en la habitación por eso le doy un 4 y el agua caliente solo servía en el lavamanos

La mejor opción para Ciudad de México.

Está es una gran opción para alojarse en una zona muy exclusiva, pero con muchos restaurantes y atracciones alrededor. Su ubicación es excelente! El servicio es muy cálido, y las instalaciones son un lujo. No van a conseguir tan excelente calidad por este magnífico precio! Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Primera vez en la encantada

Es un lugar agradable, aunque la mayoría del tiempo solo he estado por las noches :), aún me falta probar la comida del restaurante la encantada, la habitación es bonita, un estilo rústico elegante, la limpieza es buena, me encantaría si se pudiera colocar algún letrero en la cocina para que igual los huéspedes apoyen a cuidar esa parte donde se encuentra el lava trastes y el microondas ya que es algo de uso compartido, Henry me recibió muy amablemente, y la señora Lucero no la conozco en persona pero se nota una persona agradable :)

El Hostal es sumamente cómodo; las instalaciones son muy amplias y está muy bien ubicado. Hay restaurantes excelentes y servicios al rededor. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
