So, i am incredibly disappointed with my stay, because we had booked private rooms for more safety. None of it worked, someone entered our private room and stole my debit cards and important documents as well as cash. Ubers cant reach the location so you have to walk to the backstreet exposing yourself to multiple risk, because it’s relatively close to tepito. All in all i am incredibly disappointed in the experience.

Llegando nos asignaron la habitación del 4to piso, estábamos con varias maletas pesadas. Después de que nos entregaron la habitación nos dirigimos al elevador estuvimos ahí por varios minutos, de la nada a abrió paso uno de los meseros con una bebida y al abrirse las puertas del elevador se metió, sin importar que teníamos maletas y estábamos ahí esperando el elevador por varios minutos antes que el. Al momento de subir no dejo que entramos argumentando que solo era para tres personas más y nosotros éramos 4. Le dijimos que en ese caso el se bajará ya que nosotros llevabamos maletas pesadas y que el había llegado mucho después que nosotros a lo cuel el se negó y dijo que no se podía bajar ya que el llevaba una bebida para una de las habitaciones. Fue grocero y al final no se bajó, nosotros le pedimos varias veces que se bajará y no lo hizo. Tuvimos que subir las escaleras con las maletas con las maletas. Con respecto a la habitación las camas rechinan mucho, no se puede dar uno la vuelta por qué se siente que se van a romper, no pudimos dormir entre los ruidos de la música y risas de unas chicas que estaban en el piso de arriba y aunado al calor horrible ya que no hay ni siquiera ventiladores. Definitivamente no volveríamos a quedarnos ahí ni lo recomendaría.

Ubicación inigualable en el corazón del centro histórico. La vista desde la habitación privada hacia la catedral es bella. La terraza está genial. Desafortunadamente el olor insoportable a drenaje en la habitación hizo una pésima experiencia. Mi recomendación; no se hospeden aquí pero si visiten la terraza!!!

En general todo estuvo perfecto, el recibimiento, los servicios que ofrece, la zona, limpieza y la calidad - precio son bastante buenos. El desayuno incluido y el resguardo de equipaje le da un muy buen plus al lugar, lo recomiendo ampliamente. Los trabajadores del lugar muy amables y atentos.
