The staff were very polite, attentive and accommodating. The property was clean and modern. I liked the layout of the rooms with high ceilings. The hotel has a tiny gym but that was enough for me. It is on a busy street so you hear some street noise but it is right where the action is!

The hotel is beautifully located in the heart of the bustling Historic District. And, WOW, housekeeping kept the room immaculately clean! We loved the soaking tub and the complimentary Mini Bar. My only small issue is that I would have liked another chair and more dresser drawers storage. Thank y'all for a great stay!

The location was convenient but the staff was not friendly. The internet was down for several days. We always ask for two room access cards and we left one in the room to keep the lights on (which the cleaning service took back). When we asked for the additional key back, they accused us of losing a key. Then the additional key was not working so we had to get it reprogrammed twice. In the end, they accused my husband of asking for five room cards and losing them. Then when we ask for additional towels or toilet paper, they would say they would deliver them to our room and then never follow through. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to the poor service from the staff.

I was totally impressed with everything about this hotel. One is the location, you can easily walk to numerous tourists areas on this part of the city. Everything was spectacular, from the grand entrance, lobby elevator, hallways and rooms. Safety is evidedebt everywhere.

We had a 3 night stay at this hotel, and two nights out of the 3 we slept in heat. The room that the gave us to begin our stay, the AC was not working. After MULTIPLE attempts to “get it fixed” & communicate that with the hotel staff, absolutely nothing was done about it. My partner finally went downstairs the second day of our trip to ask about maintenance on the room & she was given multiple excuses and zero follow up. They were finally able to give us another room. In conclusion, the hotel is a very old and seems like they just have an issue with AC and airflow in general. The location isn’t “central” and most of the outings are done in Roma Norte, Condesa, Polanco, etc, if you are looking to roam around those areas, I would not recommend staying here. While it’s cheap, it’s not convenient.

They did not give us the room I booked, they gave it to someone else. While we were at the front desk, they did the same thing to another couple. I called Expedia for help, and they didn’t. I ended up on 2 phone calls with Expedia and with 2 customer service agents who barely spoke English. I couldn’t understand them. If you’re going to ship jobs oversees, make sure they speak English!
