Xochilt and the evening male servers at the restaurant were so kind, patient and helpful. The food was delicious, everything we are was 10/10. Miguel was so helpful with expert tips on the best way to reach the different attractions in the area. The terraza view of Cathedral and Zocalo is magnificent

Great location

The hotel is in an excellent location. However, I will save some of the features of the hotel are more three star than four star, As the room they provided me with seemed quite dated. Thankfully, the room was quite quiet, even though I was placed next to the elevator. Staff is very helpful, But the construction made it awkward to move about on the lobby flor. That being said, I would definitely stay here again

Great location. Comfortable and clean. Flooring in room looked like it had water damage at some point to the laminate flooring as it was warped and chipped. The safe in room did not work, but we were there for 1 night so really not an issue.
