Wouldn’t stay again

Staff were friendly. There was blood on sheets when arrived. And building work outside - so lots of banging. Pillows were awful.

Excellent location right in front of the Angel de la Independencia, fully renovated hotel with a modern concept. Breakfast was amazing, safe area and price was unbelievably good.

Great as always!

I've stayed at this property a few years ago and it's very common for a property to get more run down with time, this property experience for me was exactly opposite of this. Great stay! Great condition! I would definitely stay here again!

Todo estuvo muy bien. La chica de limpieza muy atenta y fue todos los días. Lo único es que en portería no hay nadie para seguridad y el portón queda frente a la cera. Debería tener mejor seguridad

The people were kind, but it did not compensate the state of the facility. The bathroom was very old-looking. The breakfast was very poor and not very tasty. The room did not have a coffee maker, and it did not have even a tissue box. I had to ask for an extra small towel. it took more than one day to receive it. The room was clean, and the bed was ok. The room did not have a heater, and it was a bit cold.

This is a great location. We were in 206 with a view of the angel. The room was surprisingly quiet even with the construction next door. You could hear more noise from the bathroom but we kept the door shut and slept well. The front of house staff held our bags for the afternoon too. The continental breakfast was a great fast meal before heading out. Scrambled eggs, fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, broccoli, refried beans. Sometimes there was a host but cubiertos are always out.

The location is great unfortunately the doors allow a lot of noise to come into the room from the hotel itself, and I was put against the wall where there is a nightclub adjacent to the building. Luckily the music only stayed on until about 4 AM.

Don’t stay here

Too noisy. Too cramped. Too cold. Front desk and porter, though, were wonderful. Checked out after one night. Too bad I couldn’t get my money back.
