I am writing to express my disappointment with several issues during my recent stay at your hotel in Mexico City.
I was told there were no rooms with windows on higher floors, yet I had to pay an extra fee without explanation. My first room’s bathtub drain was defective, and moving to another floor disrupted my schedule.
Noise from adjacent rooms and poor acoustics made quiet impossible. There was no internet access, affecting my work and communication. Housekeeping was poor, with damp sheets and limited shampoo provided only after a delay. The excessive light in my final room disturbed my rest.
At breakfast, I was initially undercharged and then asked to pay the difference in an unprofessional manner.
The outlet next to the bed was broken, preventing me from charging my phone, which caused me to be late one day. Although I reported this, it was never fixed.
On the second day, I was asked to move to another floor, which turned out to be a nightmare and completely disrupted my schedule and agenda.
Overall, my experience was far below the standard I expected, and these multiple inconveniences greatly diminished the quality of my stay. I kindly request a formal acknowledgment of these issues and information on how you intend to rectify this situation. I spoke to a Supervisor regarding my issues last day at the Hotel I hope all these customer services issues will get resolved for future customers.
