Our stay was wonderful....the concierge was very helpful and recommended a great restaurant SAKS down the streeet with a cuban jazz group who were great as was the food....enjoyed Lilou restaurant....the Palm was overrated and a disappointment ...otherwise no complaints and view from room of park was awesome

Service wasn’t so great. It was very difficult to get water, eve though it’s considered to be complementary. We ordered room service only once, and they screwed up everything. Most of in Intercontinental hotels in all countries stuff usually speaks at little English, almost none of stuff except for reception area spoke English

Flawless

El Presidente is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. It’s beautifully designed, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and everything is spotless. On top of all this, the concierge was able to get us last minute tickets to Frida Kahlo’s House (I forgot to book in advance) and this very much saved the holiday from disaster! I would highly recommend it to everyone I know.
