The Space:

This modern, kid-and-pet-friendly condo is perfect for a small family or friend’s getaway in one of the most admired locations in Mexico City. It’s a short distance away from La Condesa, the Chapultepec Castle and Park, the Zoo, the Museum of Anthropology, the Museum of Modern Art, and the famous Angel of Independence, just to name a few! The area offers an abundance of places to check out, so whether you're a foodie, a shopaholic, or an explorer, this neighborhood awaits your discovery!



The main spaces of the 250 m2 condo:



- The LIVING ROOM area has super comfortable seating facing a wall-mounted SMART TV, creating the ideal place for having good conversations and making plans with the group.



- For the remote worker or student, there’s a desk and chair perfect for working on the laptop.



- A KITCHEN well-equipped with high-end appliances to prepare any meal of the day, if you wish, and the important extras included, like a coffee maker for your morning kickstart and a blender for your afternoon mixers. Pull up a seat at the BREAKFAST BAR and relax while doing meal prep or providing company for the cook.



- The DINING TABLE can accommodate 8 for enjoying a sit-down meal.

Guest Access:

Although self-check-in is available, all adult guests must provide a copy of their ID before arrival, to be granted access to the property on the day of check-in. All guests and visitors must be registered with their IDs at least 24 hours before check-in.

Vibrant and trendy neighborhood located in the heart of Mexico City. Tree-lined streets, beautiful architecture, and a wide range of cultural and gastronomic offerings. Within a short walk, you can also enjoy arts, culture, parks, museums, shopping, and nightlife.



Getting Around:

The property is approximately 11 km to/from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX).

Some options for transportation are:

- Taxi: Look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It's generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride.

- Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City. You can book a ride in advance using apps like Uber or Didi.

- Please note that security cameras are installed outside the property.

- Travellers must be at least 21 years old to book.

- Please note that upon booking, you will receive a link to sign our Rental Agreement and upload a copy of the ID of the main guest and all adult guests staying at the property through our secure guest portal. This is a standard procedure for all reservations and must be completed before check-in.

- Failure to send the IDs will result in denied access to the building.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors must provide their ID at least one day in advance; otherwise, building security will deny them access.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited—failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

- Pets are allowed with prior approval only and at an extra cost.

- A crib/Pack ´n Play is available upon request and must be reserved before check-in.

- You may experience typical city noise, such as traffic and construction.

- The parking space can only accommodate a regular-sized car. (maximum: 1.80m wide x 4.22m long and 1.57m high)



Electricity and water outages are occasional occurrences in Mexico City, beyond our control. While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it's important to note that we cannot be held accountable for such events.
