Property is in a great location and central to many amazing restaurants and shopping. Overall the room was clean. However the bathroom could use some work. Towels desperately need to be replaced. They were dingy and rough. The ironing board cover and iron also should be replaced. The sheets also didn’t feel that clean. If these were taken care of it would have been a 10 out of 10 experience.

I usually do not write reviews, but my stay at ULIV Cibeles truly stood out. The property is very clean and located in an excellent area, close to major tourist sites, restaurants, public transportation, and the market. Customer service was great, security is available 24 hours a day, and the indoor parking is a big plus. I would gladly stay here again.

Had a great stay here. Very quiet, spacious 2BR apartment. Staff was awesome - helpful, friendly and courteous. Kitchen area was somewhat cramped, but ok for cooking breakfast, etc. Smallish gym, but had one of most things needed. Lots of washers and dryers in the laundry. Highly recommended.

Just a wonderful. Hotel. The staff is great. The rooms are very large And we’ll equipt. I stay there for 1 month. Every year. It’s a bit loud but that goes with staying in the middle of any city. The neighborhood as everything you could possibly need.

This is a really nice, value for money hotel right in the heart of Roma Norte, waling distance from Place d'Angel de Independence. The room was spacious and has everything you need including a kitchinette and refigerator, the bathroom is big; the room is quiet. The hotel also had a gym which I used as well as a laundry room. I wish they would provide the detergent but that is a small thing
