This was my 4th time staying here and I love the location and rooms. I wish they gave more than 2 towels/2 coffee pods/ 2 small rolls of TP for an entire week stay. I always end up buying more coffee and TP on my own. Other than that the location is fantastic and I will continue to stay here

ULIV Parque Lincoln is wonderfully located on a quiet block that is extremely close to restaurants and shops. It’s a lovely neighborhood right at the edge of everything. The park is gorgeous and inviting, and we found it so easy to get around (using public transit, in our case). The unit was roomy and well appointed, and very quiet. The bed was firmer than we might have liked but otherwise very comfy, with a great shower.

Walls are extremely thin. I could hear the opening of the drawers of my neighbors. I couldn’t sleep well. Also, no internal locks for the door. The bed too hard. What I liked was the 24hr presence of a security guy at the entrance and their welcoming attitude.

Friendly and helpful staff. Superb location - Lincoln Park and surrounding shops and restaurants are the place to be. Safe and quiet. Room was comfortable - although already showing signs of wear. Fresh paint and wall repairs, and fixing towel racks would elevate the overall feel of the place.

Clean, spacious room; the location is unbeatable; service was excellent - we celebrated anniversary, the management left us a bottle of wine and dessert. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely go back!
