could have been 4 or 5: we stayed for five nights there. Pros: 1. nice/large room 2. good location 3. solid free breakfast 4. rooftop view nice too 5. staff friendly Cons: 1. close to a restaurant across the street which was very noisy on a Sat night (until 1am or so due to a birthday party or something); 2. rattling noise in internal water/sewage pipes for a couple of nights which made sleep quality bad (saw some workers on rooftop then but not sure if there was the problem).

Facility and room was excellent, service was great, several days we had housekeeping leave things open or undone, one day we came back to an open patio thinking our room was broken into. Shower pressure is epic, location is stellar. Would love to stay again with a better more consistent housekeeping experience

No formal greeting upon arrival. Did not offer any assistance with a map, sites around the city, etc. Ask about noise level in the room assigned, told it would be very quiet. But turned out our room was on the first floor in front of the street and right across is a bar that plays music all through the night with very noisy customers right outside the establishment. Our room had water leakage in the bathroom, told the front desk, but did not offer any change to a different room. It looks like a nice and new property but it seems that the renovation was subpar. The room next to us already has water damage on the wall next to our room; noticed that when housekeeping was cleaning the room. Also, housekeeping is hit or miss, several days, did not refill the complimentary water bottles even though they were empty. Same goes for the coffee pods and toilet paper. All and all, for that price point, I expect more from this hotel. Very disappointed.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Felt very safe they have security after 10pm monitoring people going in and out of the hotel. The complimentary breakfast is made fresh to order. Amazing hotel!

Very nice boutique hotel - large rooms, v clean, good shower. Convenient for Reforma without any of the noise. Cute roof deck w plunge pool. Nice breakfast made to order. Lively and helpful staff. We had a great time here for a long weekend!
