The apartment was roomy, clean, with great views from the wrap around balcony. The staff was friendly, especially Fiona, who not only checked us in, recommended a fabulous pizza place, and continued throughout our stay making sure everything was good.

Apartment good condition. Dishwasher didn't work. Building really busy in all times Building cross street from the beach. Beach service for chairs close 4.30pm. Valet also really busy.

The elevators were indeed a nightmare. The sofa in the property was so gross& stained everywhere. The floor was filthy. And the crowd overall throughout the complex was not a great crowd.

Loved the property and view. I didn’t like the additional 400 dollars in resort fees and parking. If explained to me prior to booking it wouldn’t have been a surprise or I would have exercised different options.

We are very disappointed because the last 2 days of our stay a scaffolding was hunging for our full, out side balcony, to do maintenance of which we were not informed in any way, a jackhammer was drilled into the foundation, which greatly disturbed our peace and quiet due to the enormous noise and our privacy. We have a video recording of that and we believe we should receive compensation for this. We were literally chased out of our apartment.

Beautiful views from the pool area. Well kept grounds, and updated beautiful units. The only downside we experienced is a lack of elevators for the size of the tower. The waits for elevators often exceeded 20 minutes especially trying to go down in the late morning (around checkout time).
