On one of our stays overnight they had a concert downstairs that lasted from 5-11pm. It was ungodly loud and had so much bass that our windows rattled. We were extremely unhappy about this.

Very clean room located in the art district. Front staff and bartenders at the pool bar were awesome. Room was well appointed and they provided a white noise machine to drown out any street noise. Great location close to the airport and would stay there again.

The rooms are very small and there is no closet or drawers to store belongings. Parking is extremely difficult, and valet parking costs over $50 per night. Overall, it is not worth the price.

The hotel was decent overall but the "VIP Benefits" were useless - room upgrades were not available - OK, no big deal, they're pending availability. What got me was the "late check-out" - this was listed as a free upgrade (as available), but while this was in fact available, they would only offer it for a $75 fee. Pretty misleading and soured the experience overall. They did offer 30 minutes complimentary, but we needed an hour minimum, which they would only do if we agreed to pay $75. Scam.
