Breakfast was expensive but the fruit was delicious. The hotel gave us $15/day coupons for food but they could not be used for breakfast so they were useless. The parking is very expensive. The area is not very nice for walking around since there are many homeless people on the surrounding streets. the room was clean, however the beds could be more comfortable. In addition to the expensive room rate, we were charged $48.80 per day for parking and another $12.55 per day for an urban fee. these charges were collected at the hotel and totaled $501.20 for a four night stay. I would not stay there again as other hotels right on Miami Beach were less expensive and nicer.

Cute hotel but you'll pay the instagram tax

We're a couple in our 40s and stayed Sat - Mon. I booked upon recommendations from Travel + Leisure, but overall we were disappointed because it looked much better on paper than in reality. Pros: - Cute, boutique style, looks good in pictures - Great location - Comfy beds - Room was quiet at night - Everyone was friendly Cons: - Beauty is skin deep, don't look too close. Dirty grout, broken faucet handles, etc. - Housekeeping cleaned but forgot to replace towels and water - The $35 daily "urban fee" is an extra hidden charge and doesn't provide much value unless you are there to use their bikes, eat at the restaurants, use the gym, etc. - Pool closed an hour before the time published on website, so we didn't get a chance to use it

I really did enjoy the property the pm staff is amazing I did have to wait a hour after I was supposed to check in for my room and I also had trouble sleeping because of the music but not unbearable other then that beautiful hotel and pool and really nice staff will be returning

The Arlo Wynwood staff really stood out! Everyone was so friendly, especially the waitstaff! The rooms were clean but incredibly small. There was no place to put you clothes, the fridge was so small and filled with liquor and other to purchase beverages that a single to go container from the restaurant wouldn’t fit. We booked the room for two adults and two children. At eye level to purchase in the room were all sorts of snacks and alcohol. The biggest surprise was the tin of sex toys and condoms. I would suggest removing all the alcohol and sex toys when a family books the room. Other than that, we felt very safe and enjoyed our stay. The rooftop pool area was so relaxing and clean.
