Great location and service ,needing a little TLC

Hotel stay was great ! Deferred maintenance Need attention .missing grout inside shower stall ,mold growing all over the tiles on floors and walls.,patch done above the shower head very poorly completed.paint peeling. Bathroom needs to be repaint with either an egg shell or semigloss paint to keep the mold from growing back . Fan needs cleaning

We had a great experience staying at Atwell Suites. The suite was spacious, extremely clean, and well-maintained. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and easy — the lady at the front desk was very kind and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The view from our room was a lovely bonus and added to the relaxing atmosphere. The location was also perfect — we were able to walk to Brickell City Centre at night, which was super convenient and made our evening even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The room was spacious, two bathrooms, a little kitchen area with a sink, coffee maker, microwave and small fridge, the bed was comfortable and the view was beautiful. The staff was very kind and accommodating!

Breakfast was very very limited, I actually never experienced such a small selection for hotel breakfast. The rooms were ok, our safe wasn’t working, the bathroom had only the very basic amenities, no shower cap etc. The towels were horrible…. The fluff would make me sneeze, in the light you will see the fluff in the air as soon as you open the towel.
