Located in a fabulous IconBuilding designed by the world-famous designer Philippe Starck. Amenities, incl. jacuzzi, two pools, BBQ + much more. Highlight: Large balconies, amazing city and ocean views from the 38th floor. Walking distance from Mall, restaurants, shops, night-clubs. Only minutes to the airport. You should keep in mind that this building is undergoing renovations, and therefore for this apartment you will not be able to access the balcony and there will be a transparent cover between December 25 and November 27.

Pool is closed from Monday to Friday and open Saturday and Sunday.

🚧 Renovation Notices • The building is undergoing renovations. Balcony access is closed starting September 2025. • A transparent exterior cover is installed from December 2025 to November 2026, affecting balcony access and visibility.
