The hotel overall was okay. The walls are paper thin. People next door were having a normal conversation and we can hear everything clear as if they were in the room with us. It annoys me when hotels are like this.

Aside from the young lady at the front desk being a little snarky and the washing machine being out of order everything else was great. The shuttle guy was great. The room was clean. I chose this site because it had a laundry and I stayed a few days in Miami and wanted my clothes to be clean to go on my cruise. It certainly didn't ruin my trip but it would have been nice to have all clean clothes

One of my biggest forms of disappointment staying at a hotel is when the pool is closed. When I booked two weeks ago this was not the case. I would have went with the Embassy Suites if I knew the pool was not open. I am a big fan of HIE and will continue to stay despite this. Just stinks when you are from a bad weather area and looking forward to swimming an you cannot.
