The hotel is very clean and the room was excellent. The location is perfect. My only issue is the fact that I was there for four days and no one came to clean the room, take out trash or bring clean towels

The staff was so friendly and so nice. Shuttle driver very nice. The property is beautiful. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely stay here again. Everybody that works here is outstanding. This property and the associates who work here are gems

The property is super clean. The room is somewhat small but it has a separated space with a tv and a couch, so it has two tv screens which is very convenient when traveling with children. On top of that the breakfast is great with many choices. I'll definitely stay again there the next time I visit Miami.

O hotel em geral é muito bom, com quartos muito bem divididos, cama muito confortável. Café da manhã típico americano, não me agrada mas é satisfatório. Atendimento muito bom, localização excelente para quem quer fugir da agitação do centro de Miami. O ponto mais importante na escolha do hotel foi o estacionamento disponível e grátis. Voltaria com certeza.
