The workers at this place love to gossip and if you’re a young woman coming to this place please stay cautious of the people working here. From the hotel lobby to the cleaners. Once called out on their shadiness they’ll be condescending. Stay to yourself if you’re coming here and make sure to take a picture of your belongings and confirm that nobody will go through your room items.

Great stay in Brickell

Really nice hotel and well located in Brickell. The bed is very comfortable and the fact everything is controlled via an iPad is very helpful. The lounge area in reception is also great.

Great Miami hotel!!

Every once in awhile I stay in a hotel that surpasses my expectations. The citizen M in Brickell was in a great location and its walkable to many restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly. One of the best features was the iPad that can control every aspect of the room from lighting to AC to media. The rooms are small but they are very comfortable and the air conditioning is wonderful.
