The room was horrible and 0 staff support no one came to the room at all and the receptionist were not able to assist with basic needs. There was only 1 trash bin and that was in the bathroom. The unit was not clean and there was a moldy moldewy smell. This unit looked Nothing like the pictures online I feel as though we were cheated.

Sorry, I can only give one star due to the very poor experience during my stay. There was no support, no response, and several facilities did not work, stove, kettle, and shower, etc.—yet the property was advertised as “luxury.” I’m extremely disappointed, and this completely ruined my vacation. Hotels.com should also be responsible for the fake advertising! I am very disappointed!

Our first time staying here and we were all pleased with everything. This is not a 5 star building but the staff was great and the price was even better. They're due for some upgrades in the building itself and the parking process is a pain but other than that we were very pleased and would stay again in the future.

Checking in was a hassle to go over an hour, bathroom was a bit disgusting you could tell they spray painted whether grout is to probably cover the mold or mildew, first night I came home. I saw a cockroach on the bed. I complained immediately they did nothing and asked me for proof instead of trying to put me in another room or send somebody to clean the place. It took them two days to get back to me that they’ll try to do something and when they did, they offered me an other room where I had to pay double so it’s worth it for me just to rent and other hotel room miserable stay do not recommend anybody staying there

The hotel was very nice. It was great location for beach access and bike trail. You can rent bikes in a lower level for $20 for 24 hours . We had a clean, modern, spacious room with a fully stocked kitchen. They even give you plenty of beach towels, beach, chairs, and ambition umbrella in your room. It was very comfortable and a great value. The only drawbacks were the long lines for the valet and it was hard to get a hold of our concierge since we booked the reservation online through Expedia. We arrived and our microwave was in operable and we had to wait until the next day to get a replacement because the hotel would not accommodate. They insisted that we contact the company that did the booking.

Of all my travel experiences, this has been the most disappointing. I want to clarify that the issue was not with the room itself, but with the service provided by Boutique Apartments, the company managing the property. After completing my reservation and payment, I was asked to provide a security deposit, which I agreed to. However, the platform they use, called Charge Automation, experienced a technical issue that prevented the deposit from being processed. When I contacted Boutique Apartments to resolve the problem, their response was unhelpful. They insisted that the matter was not their responsibility and refused to offer any alternative or assistance, even after I provided proof and attempted to use several payment methods. Their staff showed little empathy, and I was left without access to the room despite having completed all identity verifications through the hotel. I ultimately had to contact Charge Automation directly to explain the situation, and only then was the issue resolved after many hours of delay. This experience was frustrating and time-consuming. I’m sharing this review so that other travelers are aware and can avoid similar situations due to system or communication failures.

The worst place to stay at in Miami. My family and I have been in vacationing in Florida for over 11 years and this has been the worst. I have reached out to the management team daily about how hot our unit was. A maintenance personnel dropped off a fan. They respond once every 24 hours with only one response. This is the least expensive place to stay at in Miami that is on the beach. That does come with a price though. The staff and valet are rude and slow. It took nearly 30 minutes to get our car. When calling from my cell phone, the number that I was given of the management team, they never answered and I could not leave them a message. I tried to call from the front desk line and then they answered. That seemed really fishy to me. The management team screened, monitored and were selective of who they answered phone calls from. The place also doesn’t feel safe. The door had screws that were missing and the door frame was bent. My family and I barricaded our door to feel safe at night. Do NOT stay here !!!
