I stayed at this apartment complex over 5 times over the years through another management company, which went out of business. I booked through Miami Vacations because I loved the apartment complex and it's location but I was disappointed in the unit I rented. The shower in the 2nd bathroom didn't work, the sliding door to the balcony was broken and did not lock, there was no furniture on the balcony and the kitchen supplies were sparse. We had a significant amount of flying gnats in and around the apartment as well.

Felt neglected

The tv didn't work in the living room, had to go to breaker box to turn microwave on.both showerheads were not working properly. Called and called for service no one returned call....called next day and they said they would repair next day...we where leaving then

Room full of Ants!

Ants in Kitchen. Not acceptable, but can live with it. However ants in every room of apartment. Not acceptable. My brother woke in the morning with ants crawling on him and throughout the night. Yes, in bedroom. Then ants discovered in every room of apartment. Both bathrooms, closets, laundry area, electrical panes (where they might be getting in from), living room area all over floor. Mattress very badly stained from urine. Pubic hairs in between the sheets and other hair through apartment; both bathrooms, showers, bathtub. Screen door unlocked upon our arrival. We were three men in town for the NASCAR race at Homestead. Fortunately we spent little time in room but if guys says its disgusting to stay in, then it must be bad! Ants through out and in bed rooms is an issue. I awoke with a bite on my leg. Not sure from what though, but happened while I slept. Non of us slept comfortably. I had to get clean sheets from the closet, folded them in half, covered my badly stained mattress and hair filled sheets and sleep on them as somewhat of a shield. Then I used a rolled up towel as a pillow as my pillow had lots of hair on it. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN AND WARN OTHERS TO STAY AWAY. I requested full refund, but have not received and answer.

Location idéale si vous avez une voiture, il y a toujours des places de stationnement disponibles. Par contre si vous n'avez pas de voiture, il est assez loin de miami beach. L'appartement est grand et la cuisine bien équipée. Celui que nous avons eu était agréable car il donnait sur le lac au rez de chaussée. Petite marche pour aller à la piscine ou à la salle de sport.. Arrivée tardive possible sans supplément. Si je retourne à Miami, c'est avec plaisir que je reprendrai cet appartement.

Cela a été. Appartement calme.bien situé. Non loin du turnpike. De Dolphin Mall. Seul bémol, le nettoyage n’est pas inclus dans les tarifs. Il s’agit d’une résidence avec des résidents et ses vacanciers.

Ruin appartement 30 min. rijden van Miami Centrum

Het appartement heeft enkel een mooi gezamenlijk zwembad verder geen voorzieningen. Doral is een vrij nieuwe buurt(15 jaar) Tegenover appartementgebouw is een klein shopping Centrum. Naast het gebouw zijn Starbucks voor de nodig caffeine en Grazini( trendy restaurant voor ontbijt lunch en diner) heel lekker en gezellig. wel eindje van centrum Miami af in redelijk rustige buurt.
