When we arrived, there was a huge line out the door of people needing to pay for parking for some meeting. They wanted us to wait behind all the parking people before allowing us to check in. Thankfully, a manager eventually came by and checked us in. But they only gave us two breakfast vouchers, even though we are a group of three! Crazy.

We had a great room, the facility was awesome. The one option we really appreciated was the free shuttle that took us 2-3 miles from the hotel. That was huge!!! Well done Enbassy Suites!!!

The room while I know it had been cleaned is showing it's age. Their was one particular staff memeber that was not a Kind person....she does not belong in the hospitality industry. Fay wasn't plesant when we checked in but then I watched her be extemely rude to a young mother moving to our country with 2 young girls. She did not help make her situation a easy at all....She had approximately 6 large roller bags and a bell cart that was stacked at least half or more full of their belongings. Instead of getting someone to help assist her to her room, she scoulded her about getting the cart right back down to her....instead myself, my husband and grandson assisted this mother and children to their room. I'm sure this is not how Hilton wants to be known. Also we were supposed to get free drinks and snacks available to us in our room each day....that only happened if we contacted the desk and asked for them and then there was not enough waters and individual snacks to go around. A couple of times we ended up asking for the snacks and they never arrived.

Great breakfast variety with cook to order eggs / omelettes. Housekeeping and cleanliness average. Hotel is in airplane flight landing/takeoff path and extremely noisy all day and night. Very difficult to sleep with planes landing all night long.
