We stayed here because it was convenient for our cruise and close to the port. We were told that there was complimentary shuttle services to and from the airport. Their shuttle system is terrible and other hotels do a better job picking up their customers, we had to call at least 15 times to get a driver to pick us up and waited over an hour! Other people on the bus complained of the same issue. Outside of the shuttle service, we had a great experience. The rooms are big and nice!

I like the upscale decor of this property. For instance, the suites are so spacious. They have a sitting area with couch and chair. Then there's a dining area w/table and 4 chairs. There's a wet bar with coffee maker and everything. Large bedrooms, and bath with a tub. I really like the fact that it features a tub instead of shower. Lovely. Also there's 2 Large screen TV's; one in bedroom and one in bedroom. Will stay there again.
