Fantastic 2 bedroom 2 bath 1 block to the beach! Ideally located in south beach close to all shopping, restaurants and freeways. Restaurants, convenient stores and bars are all within short walking distance. Apartment comes with FREE covered parking.

Apartment comes with all essentials necessary, beach chairs and towels, linen, towels, pots and pans, dishes, soap & shampoo and toiletries necessary to start your trip.

The city of Miami Beach offers free trolley service all over the beach and picks up from across the street. Get the real time app and go down a few minutes before it arrives!!

After our 4 day stay there the only thing that was “Exquisite“ was the view. Enjoyed watching the watercraft and wildlife on the intercostal. Bathrooms were nice in both rooms and clean. First issue is the ground level parking is gated but they don’t use them. Arrived to someone in our space twice! Had to contact owner. Anyone can pull in there. Here were the issues during our stay. No top sheet on bed!, no paper towels, 1 facecloth for 4 guests- requested them and never delivered! Had to buy them. Handle on kitchen faucet fell off first day. No hair dryer in either unit. A/C only kept room cool if door left open to our bedroom! We were told dryer didn’t work (told to go to another floor and pay 2/load) but it should have been repaired and wasn’t. 5 crappy wire hangers to hang all clothes. Coffee carafe did not fit the maker-coffee did not drain and overflowed grounds into the pot. No sugar there. No Kleenex. Only metal spatula for a teflon pan. We should have requested to move the first day. We are now in a delightful VRBO in Key West- with everything we need. I would never stay here again. This is a landlord who does not take care of you. Don’t know who gave good reviews- relatives maybe? The fixes are simple - do better!

We loved sipping coffee on the balcony in the morning, people watching and seeing the boaters on the bay. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and the beds were comfortable. The ocean is about a four minute walk away (a block and a half) and there is a free trolley that stops nearby for trips to South beach. We enjoyed our stay.

An absolute gem in Miami Beach! A superbly appointed apartment perfectly located near all the action in South Beach, but in a quiet neighborhood. What's more, the balcony overlooks a beautiful lake, perfect for coffee in the morning.

The host was very communicative which was quite helpful. The location was great and beds were comfortable. tere were lots of bath towels and even some for the beach, which was appreciated. The temp control was perfect and the space very clean.

My family and I stayed here to enjoy Miami for a few nights before a cruise to the Bahamas. I highly recommend this place! It was a perfect place in a perfect location for an (almost) perfect price. We loved it because it was close to the hustle and bustle of Miami Beach but we prefer to be a bit outside those kinds of areas for a quieter, more chill vibe. This place is exactly that. Super easy walk to the beach, coffee, restaurants and shops. There is a free trolley to get you around the area and this condo comes with free parking. The place was clean and had a lovely view. You pay a little extra for the extra space and bathroom. I did not like that the listing said it sleeps 6 but then charged extra for more than 3 people. It's just another way these places nickel and dime you which is just one of my personal pet peeves. All in all though, this spot was a 10!

Quiet location with close beach access

Great stay. Clean rooms. Great area close to the beach and a few nice restaurants. Trolly access is close so you can get to south beach with ease. Definitely would stay again!

Great location

Was a block from the beach right by a park so there were showers and a bathroom available when there. Many restaurants and a CVS in walking distance. Kitchen was great for breakfasts before we headed out for the day. It was fairly quiet and didn’t seem busy where we were.

Perfect spot!

Had a wonderful time in Miami staying here. It is 2 blocks from Miami mid-beach. Essentially, less than 10 minutes from South Beach and Art Deco district. Place was clean and had basic essentials. Would stay here again.

The perfect location!

The property was very well maintained and very comfortable! The balcony space is absolute perfection with a fabulous view! Conveniently located near a trolley stop and there are walkable places in the area. Would definitely stay here again!
