Water in shower was terrible , it would go from hot to cold and then scolding hot over and over again . The shower door was not properly seated and water would get everywhere, the desk was loose almost fell due to it being so loose. Overall bad property , checked out early and went somewhere else

The young woman at the desk was very helpful in walking me through the details of using Uber for the first time. The facility, while older, seemed to be well-cared for. Breakfast was minimal — no eggs — but the bananas were delicious, much better than what we get in Indiana. Our room’s electrical outlet at the nightstand was nonfunctional, so my phone didn’t get charged overnight; fortunately we had time before checkout to charge at another outlet.

This was not Wyndham quality. Customer service at desk was frustrating and disorganized. We did not get into our room until almost 5:00 after waiting for hours. We were told “ten more minutes” multiple times. We didn’t make it to our dinner reservations with family due to the fact that we were unable to shower. I will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel was not Wyndham quality. Rooms were not ready for checking in. Better communication with hse keeping & front desk. Needs an elevator. Better training with front desk Shuttle to airport was good. Brkfast was great.

We had a very bad experience checking in. I have a walker as I have mobility issues. When we arrived, no one was at the desk. Once the lady arrived, she kept her earphone in one ear. She didn’t look at us. We requested a room on the first floor and was told no. We hauled our luggage up to the second floor, carried my walker and went to the room. I opened the door to the room and there was a couple already occupying the room, in bed. I immediately apologized and shut the door. We went down to the desk, had to wait for a bit. When we told her people were in the room, she called the room and started enquring into the confirmation of the people there, leaving us just standing there. We finally insisted she deal with us first. Amazingly, there WAS a room on the first floor and we FINALLY got there and the keys did not work! Unfortunately, it was not a good experience for us.

Transfer from airport to hotel was horrible as I had to wait more than 2 hrs to get the shuttle! The main reason was related to poor communication as they failed to share that I should’ve expected a shuttle van marked “The Quinta East” despite my multiple calls to the hotel desk from the airport. I will never again deal with this property in the future. And remain upset that Expedia implicitly endorses such failed services.

BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL!

DO NOT STAY HERE! I had a LARGE LIVE SCORPION in my suitcase, the floor was dirty, it's a run down hotel, no elevator, no ammenities, the bed and pillow were hard, one staff member was rude and unhelpful, and THE ADVERTISING WAS FALSE - IT IS NOT PART OF THE REPUTABLE WYNDAM HOTEL CHAIN!

The hallways were dirty, the walls were all banged up (beyond normal wear and tear you sometimes see at a hotel), the room was TINY. The bathroom bordered on gross and was way too small to be functional for more than an overnight stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

The bedding was light and thin, no mini fridge or safe, bathroom hangers were minimal, flashing light from ceiling alarm sometimes woke me up. Had to call a couple times for airport shuttle which took over an hour to come, even though hotel is less than 15 minutes away. But, the hotel staff was friendly, the morning complimentary breakfast was adequate, beds were firm but sleepable, nice courtyard in back. Walking distance to IHOP, Subway and McDonalds although the narrow walkway to it was along a very busy and fast traffic road.

The hotel is decent, with friendly staff and good facilities. The garden is a nice place to work, but the internet speed is not very good. Cleanliness could be improved, the location is not the most convenient, and dining options are limited. Suitable for a short stay, but there is room for improvement.

Don’t bother with shuttle

Waited 90 min for shuttle. Should have Ubered. Phone number on confirmation did not work so we had trouble phoning hotel. Other hotel with very similar name made it more confusing. Miami airport poor signage and busy. Very frustrating. Hotel itself is fine once you get there.
