GARBAGE
Miami-Dade picks up garbage every Monday and Thursday. We have two bins for your convenience – green for regular trash and blue for recycling. If you’re around on collection days, please bring the bins to the front of the driveway. Our cleaning team will handle anything you forget after your departure. Thank you for helping keep our space tidy!

Please note that in Florida, it is common for pool cleaners to come twice a week to service the pools without disturbing guests. Additionally, landscapers visit twice a month to maintain the yard.

To ensure an easy check-in we have smart locks that allow you to access the house with your unique code and for safety reasons, we provide detailed entry instructions the morning of arrival. Four private parking spots are available in front of the house.

Guests are going to be able to access the entire house including the outdoors amenities like the garden, deck, and pool. The house will be private for them during their stay.

You`re welcome to request an early check-in or late check-out, but this is not guaranteed please let us know ahead of time.

Check-in time is at 4 pm
Check-out time is at 11 am

I am always available, you can text me or call me at any time during your stay.
I am normally in the area so if needed I could always be at the unit in a short amount of time.

Our purpose is that you have a wonderful experience, we appreciate that you help us to have a wonderful place. Please:

The Security Cameras are located: one in the front door, pointing the entrance, and two in the backyard, pointing the pool.

Pools are always cleaned Tuesday and Friday.
