There is a locked door to get into the hotel. You have to ask to be let in twice, the staff is slow to respond. It makes you uncomfortable to be in a hotel with locked doors with cameras. The hotel advertises a restaurant which is not available. It has a grab and go with limited items and a bar that closes at 10 which is manned by the check in staff. Lobby is shabby, breakfast mediocre, rooms were clean.

Comfortable and spacious room was good. Friendly staff. The carpet in the room had lumps/wrinkles. The hallways were warm because hot air was being vented from what looked like a computer room into the hallway. That was very odd.

We like that this was close to the airport. Outside of the property and lobby was very clean and well kept but I cant say the same for the rooms. We booked a total of 3 rooms, there were the last room on fl 3, 4 and 5 and while the room was clean, the carpets were horrible, especially in room 435. we had toddlers (2) in each room and refused to allow them to plan on the floor because the carpets were so fility. same for the hallway. Absolutely filty. The room door to my room was hard to open and close. I hurt my shoulder pushing the door open because it was jammed and to close it, you have to almost kick it for it to close. Terrible and below expectations for a Hyatt. I regret not picking the embassy next door. I will say the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Exp the GSM who was on during the day. He was very kind and went above and beyond for us with all of our lug gages. We appreciated that.
