Travelled with family
Terrible experience. I was never able to access my reservation. No one ever opened the door, no one responded, and I never received the keys. I couldn’t get in at all. I had to find a hotel to stay at instead. Therefore, I am requesting and demanding a full refund for the amount I paid, since I was never provided with any service. Absolutely unacceptable. The service was terrible.
