Communication with the host was great, always responded promptly. We even made a late night request for ping pong balls and the host made it happen and had them delivered! The check in process was seamless and house was clean and set up well upon arrival. We spent 6 days there and developed a bit of feedback each day that passed. The pool was clean and backyard area was a cool spot to hang out, although some cleanup landscaping is def needed. There’s weeds growing through the astroturf on the whole mini golf course and giant chess set. The fire pit and tiki hut was awesome and we found ourselves out there every night relaxing. The kitchen was bright and open, but lacked a lot of necessary cooking equipment (frypan, measuring cup, mixing bowl, decent spatula) . We like to be able to cook breakfast every morning and were left searching for things to actually cook. TVs in all the bedrooms was a bonus, and all the beds were comfortable, although the “MBR” felt detached from the house and more like a lanai with no doors but curtains for the entry and bathroom. There was also no closet or dressers leaving us living out of luggage on the floor. The addition of a couple dressers in that room would really make it feel more like a bedroom. Overall experience was excellent. The host was very gracious and it’s a nice bright house, great layout, lots of activities and a great private back yard. Great house with a little bit of room for improvement to make it perfect!
