The entire apartment is exclusively yours to enjoy. A member of our team will meet you at the lobby upon arrival to facilitate check-in. To ensure a smooth experience, please provide your estimated time of arrival in advance, along with government-issued IDs for registration.

Important Information:

Resort Fee: There is a mandatory $35/day resort fee, payable at check-in (not included in your booking rate).
Parking: Only valet parking is available on-site, and it works just like a hotel valet service. This service is managed by the building, not us as hosts. For a more affordable option, there is a public parking garage available on the same block as the building.
Building Amenities: You have full access to building amenities, including the pool, gym, and on-site dining. However, please note that this unit is managed privately by MiaVillas, independent of the hotel’s program. Guests are required to sign a waiver acknowledging this arrangement. Daily housekeeping is not included, but it can be arranged for an additional fee if needed.

No discounts or breach of agreement will be recognized due to these temporary closures. We will notify you promptly if we become aware of any such occurrences.
