So when we first go here. They could not find our reservation. Which was an inconvenience because my boyfriend had to go to work. Then we get in the room the TV doesn’t work, the AC not working probably. We went down to desk and they said they would send someone never did. Then yesterday there was no hot water the whole day.   Then to top it all off .  Reaching out to host has been impossible and when I finally did  via phone through VRBO. She was unpleasant and seems upset because VRBO called her on an emergency line that was only for emergencies. Like I’m supposed to know that. Supposedly she was supposed to contact them for late check out and someone will get back to me ASAP and no one did. I had to contact them yet again.   I pay you for a supposedly late checkout out that’s only 1 1/2 hour more. Who ever is supposed to update the front desk didn’t because they came to wake us up. They even had Security come, escort us out the room after I pay for late check out. This was the most frustrating place I ever stood at. I never had an experience like this before. I want to know who can talk to about my experience and getting some money back because I did not enjoy my stay at all.
