I have never had such poor amenities in my room. Coffee and drink glasses were so cheap they either cracked or got sopping wet with coffee. Wierd placement of outlets and no usb charging points.

I like the location and look of the property but you have to pay for parking, i also had another charge on my card that i can't get any answers to why and the tub drainage was a problem

My husband and i chose Regency as it was near to the airport. It was convenient to have aurport shuttle and the hotel was clean and nice. We had a quick check in process and the staff was friendly.

I have never been to a hotel where you had to pay for parking. There wus not complimentary breakfast, the internet was barely working. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I did not like the fact that there was no microwave in the rooms. So I figured I’d ask the staff if they have a general microwave available to the public and they said no. This was a big inconvenience because my friend and I always had to finish eating all of our food or throw it away.
