Another great stay

I returned to this hotel for an overnight to bring my sister home when she was released from the hospital. I’d had a great stay prior and returning to this hotel was an easy choice. The room was comfortable, the staff friendly, and the airport shuttle made the trip easy.

Very nice lobby washrooms and Iraluan restaurant. Had to move coffee maker in room to find an outlet, and outlets in general did not hold plugs. Desk lamp had a land line connection.

The stay was uneventful. I only overnighted and everything went well. I really like that they have constant shuttles to and from the airport. I didn't feel the need to rent a vehicle.

I was pleased with the staff. The problem was with the room 622. The lock from the inside didn’t work. Also the chain on the door was missing a screw. The balcony door lock didn’t seem like it would hold up if someone pulled on it hard. I didn’t feel comfortable with the security of the room.

Not good hotel shuttle

The hotel shuttle dropped us off next door, so we stood in line with everyone else only to be told the correct hotel next door, walked outside in the dark with luggage, along the street & traffic, not feeling very safe.

I checked in at 4 P.M. and checked out at 4AM to catch a flight. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and so where the pillows. The air conditioner in the room is the old model which does not run on a thermostat and it was a bit louder than one would desire, but it did not impeded my sleeping one bit. The location of this hotel is fantastic for anybody flying out of Miami International Airport and most especially if you are returning a rental car. There are numerous restaurants in the area that are with an easy walking distance. I will definitely stay here again
