Didn’t see the fine print about sending a pic of our drivers license so that delayed checkin. We were not registered with amenities so that took a while and was a hassle. No drinks allowed while in the pool and no music so it was not the vibe. The room was aesthetic.

It’s a great place to stay—very quiet and safe, perfect for anyone looking for a secure area in Miami. The receptionist (I don’t remember her name) was extremely kind and very helpful, and I truly want to thank her for all her assistance. The place is very clean and beautiful, and the view from the balcony is absolutely lovely. I only stayed for one night, but I will definitely come back for a longer stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and beautiful location. Next time, I will come back with my husband. Thank you so much Gus for a beautiful place

Communication was terrible, host would not answer the phone from me or the lobby reception. Was never able to check in as the main desk never received our reservation. The host messaged me with a door code for a door that only took a key! After trying to reach him multiple times finnally decided on another location

The room itself was okay — it was decent and met basic expectations, but nothing particularly stood out. Unfortunately, communication from the host was very lacking. The room was beautiful. The property was very lovely. The view was amazing. We really enjoyed the pool and very large hot tub but wished it was open every day (they're doing construction on the buildings around the pool so it was only open for half of our stay). The directions for getting into the room were different than what was posted on VRBO and communications leading up to check in time were inconsistent but a very nice woman met us at check in time and it went smoothly from there. The Murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable but we recommend inquiring if the bed was fixed before renting (missing screws to the legs of the bed). The location couldn't have been better. Overall we had a very nice stay.
