As you step inside, you`ll be greeted by the spacious living room, adorned with a grand leather sofa that beckons you to unwind after a long day. The living room also grants access to your private balcony, where outdoor furniture awaits, providing a serene retreat for morning coffees or evening gatherings.
This thoughtfully designed apartment ensures ample sleeping arrangements for guests, with a rolling bed available in the living room, accommodating up to two additional visitors comfortably.

The kitchen is a dream, boasting a plethora of cabinets to store all your essentials. Equipped with gleaming stainless-steel appliances, meal preparation becomes a breeze. The kitchen also features an elegant island complemented by bar stools, inviting friends and family to gather around while you showcase your culinary skills.

The master bedroom offers two queen beds, enveloping you in comfort as you drift off to sleep. Meanwhile, the second bedroom is perfect for accommodating a small group, featuring a bunk bed with two single beds and two additional single beds, ensuring everyone has their own cozy space.

The apartment also comes equipped with a washer and dryer, conveniently located within the unit, making laundry a hassle-free chore.

- The two Jacuzzi`s at the Lower Pool are open and operating

The location of The Alexander Resort is also convenient for exploring Miami Beach. It is situated in the Mid-Beach area, which is known for its quieter atmosphere and easy access to the boardwalk. It is also just a short drive from the popular South Beach neighborhood, as well as other attractions like the Miami Beach Convention Center and Lincoln Road Mall.

Please note that there is a $40 daily resort fee per unit and also $250 refundable security deposit paid upon arrival

Minimum age to book and stay in the unit is 21 years old (does not relate to kids staying with adults)

Washers and dryers are on the same floor. The laundry cards can be picked up at the front desk.

Beach and pool towels are complimentary and claimed by the pool area.

Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).
