I didn’t use the airport shuttle. Waited awhile, and never saw one come by even from a different hotel. Room was clean. Sink faucet was temperamental. I liked having a coffee machine available. I would tell future guests not to arrive before 3 o’clock check-in time or you’ll be sitting in the lobby with another 100 guests until then. Also, bring ear plugs. Never heard any airplane noise, but clanking and water flushing during the night. Didn’t really bother me, but did remind myself to bring ear plugs next time.

Located very conveniently for cruisers flying into Miami a day or two before sailing. Very close to the airport and walkable to nearby Starbucks, fast food restaurants, Publix, delicious local restaurants and even a fantastic massage spa. The included breakfast buffet is outstanding and we enjoyed the in-room amenities (liquid hand soap, body wash, shampoo & conditioner). Great view of the lagoon, air conditioner works beautifully and beds are very comfy. All in all, a wonderful stay and a really great price point, too.

After a long flight from the UK we're so glad we opted to stay near the airport to rest up for a night. The shuttle was free, we didn't have to wait long at the airport and it was just a 15 minute drive to Tru. The hotel was great, clean and welcoming, free coffee and swimming pool. The room and bed was comfortable and we stayed on site and ate at the hotel bar on the 10th floor with a great view of a thunderstorm. My wife beat me at pool, that was the only downside. The breakfast range was vast, back up on the 10th floor, but my appetite was up after a good workout in the gym. We'll definitely book back in here next time we fly into Miami.

What surprise me was that when I booked the room it was supposed to sleep five, but I found that it only slept four. Also, the amenities where not what I have come to expect when booking a room under the Hilton brand. It is one place that I will not intentionally book again. Even with it being in close proximity to the Miami cruise port.

the hotel and the staff was grate , one thing i didnt like is that , room service was not done every day , so for the second day i have to go to front desk to ask for coffee for the room , and blackseeds they were not provided int he room
