I appreciated the close location to the beach. We were literally a walk across the street to the beach. Everything was walkable. The staff were attentive & present. Very helpful and friendly & accommodating. The lobby area always was clean smelling. I liked they provided complimentary bikes to ride, beach chairs & bottled water. What I did not like were the little bit of channels available on the tv. The stations they did have did not have service so it did not work. Would also recommend a full length mirror.

The property is welll located at the Ocean Drive on South Beach, though not on the beach itself. The staff was very friendly and thoroughly helpful. Food was great and tasty on the palate. The service and handling by Mr. Eric was superb and absolutely pleasing,

The elevator broke for most of our first day there, so we had to climb 6 flights of stairs each time we went out, plus the room beside ours woke us up at 4:30 am talking very loudly. I had to bang on the wall twice and eventually had to call the front desk, but it continued past 6am.

I appreciated that they honored my room category and provided us with an Oceanfront one bedroom since the standard one bedroom that we paid for was supposed to have a view and did not. But most of the staff were in attentive and slow. The rooms feel damp. It is incredibly noisy with loud music directly below the rooms until ver late (2am) and starts up again by 8:30. The music at the pool I clocked at 90 decibels making it hard to even enjoy a book. and dangerous for long periods of time. There was a used condom rolled off on the stairs between the building and pool and it stayed there all day til I mentioned it to staff. No one was available any of the 3 days to provide fresh pool towels or replace the white Terry cloth chair covers once they had been used by another guest. That was gross, and I still don't now where people get the pool towels. When I asked the staff wasn't helpful. But I don't speak goos spanish and they seemed put out. I have a random charge of $92 that showed up on my CC the day we left and called about it but I was put on hold for 20 minutes with no one checking in on me, then the phone went dead. I emailed but still no response. The food and beverage prices are overly inflated. Overall not impressed.

The place seemed nice… one of the guys at check in was just rude. They also had a standard option and a deluxe room option. I choose deluxe and the first room had space and a couch, but when the water wouldn’t turn warm they let us know it was broken and moved us in a back building where the door almost hit the bed coming in… no room for a luggage. And afterwards we were told all the room „are the same“ and they haven’t changed it with online booking yet. Do not recommend

The staff were very warm and helpful. The room was a bit worn, the AC struggled in the room. In the hallway seemed like no AC. The elevator was out the day we arrived. It was working when we left. Over all comfortable and friendly.

Property is very clean and conveniently located in the heart of south beach . They offer beach chairs and bycicle rentals free . The bikes are awesome.must ride the area and explpre . The beach chairs are perfect just grab you a umbrella at cvs for your stay and give to another vacationer when you leave. Or if you want to pay for an umbrella rental on beach go for it . Oscar the bell hop is absolutely awesome he provides excellent customer service . He is a pure hustler! Great stay highly reccomend . Room.is clean newly remodeled and surprisingly quiet. The wlwvator was in and out of service during our stay otherwise everything is great
