We welcome groups and families and do everything we can to make traveling easy including:

- Pool toys & floats + 1 gallon of sunscreen (literally)
- Beach chairs, towels, and a cooler are provided — just grab and go
- Fast Wi-Fi for streaming or remote work (if you have to)
- Complimentary toiletries in bathrooms (tooth brushes, toothpaste, mouthwash, shampoo, conditioner & makeup wipes)

Guests are encouraged to enjoy the large backyard into the evening. We want to extend this 5-star experience to you our guests, as well as our neighbors. One of our core values is to be a good neighbor. This means we have a zero-tolerance policy for late night parties. Middletown’s noise ordinance starts at 10pm each day of the week.

Activities must come inside at 10pm, and windows should be closed if volume will impact our neighbors and their children. Thank you for respecting our island community, and our commitment to be a good neighbor.

A Middletown town ordinance limits guests to 2 adults per bedroom. Additional children are allowed. Our rental is registered with the state, and the town. The town inspects the house annually for safety.
The house is equipped with smoke and carbon-monoxide detectors. There is also a flashlight, first aid kit, and fire extinguisher located under the kitchen sink.

No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed in the house. If you wish to smoke, please do so in the backyard at least 20 feet from the doors and windows. Please safely extinguish and throw out your butts in the outside trash.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be close to Easton's Beach. Laundry facilities are available. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the holiday home.

Wonderful house for our stay! The rooms are spacious, clean and bright. There are many chairs and tables around the pool, a good size (and well stocked) kitchen, and off-street parking. Perfect Location

This house was exactly as described and the perfect location. We were able to relax and cook here and were able to use this as home base for trips all around the area. If you’re going to the Navy base, this house is only 5 minutes away. We would stay here again. The hosts even provided great tips on food and activities in the area!

Edward is a great host and keeps you informed. His house is perfect for a family event or vacation. I loved floating in the heated pool while the guys were golfing.
