There were two problems: there were signs all around the lobby directing us to a spa. Naturally, we were excited. Except when we went to find the spa... there is no spa. No sauna, no steam, no hot tub. Nothing. So what's with the signs?? Rather disappointing to say the least. Second, room service is every other day. Ok. But when we asked for more coffee pods for the machine (as we finished the few there the first day), the front desk told us that they had been out for a week already. She kindly found two for us from the staff's machine, but it was embarrassing to take theirs. Not what we expected from a Hilton Garden Inn -- especially when the sign in the room says, "If something isn't just the way you like it, simply let any hotel team member know, and we will make it right. GUARANTEED."

The first room was good but way way too noisy at night. Second room was perfect. They did run out of coffee for your room which was a bummer, but they did find me a working hairdryer. Breakfast was ok, but buffet overpriced for what was offered. Overall, I would say the stay was ok.

The hotel was poorly constructed. The doors would not stay closed and the furniture was not leveled, causing drawers to slide open. The bathroom fixtures were coming apart and rust was evident in various places. It’s obvious this place was built quickly with little supervision. The construction is shabby and the hotel, although appears nice, is far from it.

Staff support was good. Room was terrible! Toilet was plugged up. Bed was so hard could only sleep for an hour until back & hips hurting woke us up. We had been traveling since previous Friday. Plumbing in tube would not get water to the head. Handicap shower control was in operable.
