My room had no hot water. When I called they said they’d send maintenance but no one showed up. The pool was a yellow green with no working filter and when we got in you could feel sliminess on your arms and legs the whole time while in the pool. There is no microwave or refrigerator in the rooms.

Overcharged my card for no reason Dirty men clothes in our restroom drawer Blanket on one bed had a whole so when we untucked it feathers everywhere. The stay was okay but not the best and probably wouldnt stay again.

Very run down hotel. AC did not work. Tub would not drain. After several calls to front desk was finally moved to a new room. Loitering people in parking lot making us feel VERY unsafe. Elevators not working properly. Pool appeared very dirty.
