The Guest quarters of this humble country house consist of one dedicated level, with a seperate entrance, designated parking, outdoor BBQ, and large yard. The house and is an easy 1.2 mile walk or cycle to Midway or Soldier hollow. Deer Valley is 15 min drive. Park City and Sundance are 30 min drives. There are 4 Golf Courses within 10 min. Summer lakes and Reservoirs 15 minues away.
The space has a comortable living room, dining room, full kitchen, and outdoor grill accessed via french doors. The main bedroom (queen bed) has a dedicated gas fireplace for cozy mornings / evenings. The second bedroom features a Double bed, large dresser, and wide closet. There is also a movable futon available upon request if needed for guests (floor sleeping).
Guests enjoy 2 dedicataced bathrooms (1) full & (1) 3/4 bath (shower)). Laundry, Heating, and AC to keep you comfortable year-round.
There are plenty of outdoor recreation options easliy acceessable from the house
Winter: Skiing, Ice Skating, Hockey, Snowshoe, X-ski, Snowmobile
Summer: Cycling, Swiming, Boating, Fishing, Hiking, 4 wheeling
