This lovely 2 bedroom apartment is located in the gated complex of Corona Torre 1 in Torrenueva, just a few minutes drive from the centre of La Cala. The complex has a communal pool and the apartment offers stunning sea views. Less than a 10 minutes walk will take you to El Bombo beach, a local supermarket, restaurants and the Senda Litoral boardwalk. A further 10 minutes right will take you past a number of seafront bars and restaurants .



The apartment offers free WIFI and hot and cold air conditioning. This 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 1st floor and is arranged over one level, with easy access by stairs. You enter the property into a hallway, with a shower room on your left. On the right is an American diner style kitchen which is fully equipped, including a coffee pod machine. The open plan living space offers a dining seating area and an L shaped sofa bed, which pulls out into a double bed. There is a 40¨Smart TV with an Amazon Firestick. The lounge leads out onto the south facing terrace which benefits from a dining seating area and sunbeds, with beautiful sea views. The master bedroom is fitted with a double size bed, fitted wardrobes, a dressing table and chair and has direct access to the terrace. The guest bedroom offers 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and a dressing table and chair. There is a 2nd shared bathroom, which benefits from a bath with a shower attachment.

Well equipped, clean, spacious apartment. Great views from large terrace over the bay. 10 minutes walk to beach, 20 minutes into the town. Good access to shops, restaurants etc. Apartment is up a hill but this is no problem if you like a walk. Car parking outside. Excellent communication with the agent.

Lovely week in the sun

I stayed at the property with my husband and 3 children. Fabulous clean apartment with beautiful panoramic views over the sea. Easy to find and great location - very easy to walk into La Cala and also more local restaurants and bars just down the hill along with a very well stocked little supermarket. Pool area lovely and cleaned daily - overall fabulous week in the sun

The property was in a superb position easy walk to la Cala on the boardwalk and a stones throw for the shop and bars at Torrenueva I’ve stayed in dozens of apartments around that area and I have to say the 180 degree view of the sea and coast is second to none! The apartment was very nicely furnished and the crisp white bedding and Duffy white towels were exactly what we like! Check in was easy and all the information we needed was provided Could benefit from a dishwasher as the sink is tiny There’s a problem with ants you can’t even drop a crumb but Once I was aware of it I was extra careful On the whole a lovely place however the cleaning wasn’t upto standard as all taps plug holes and overflows were filthy with toothpaste and brown on them there was what looked like dirty sandy residue in the kitchen sink probably the contents of a mop bucket I don’t really want someone else’s toothpaste on arrival at my holiday apartment no excuse this is the part that needs more cleaning than anywhere I reported this and sent pics It’s something that needs to be addressed However I would book again due to all the other good qualities this apartment has to offer The outside areas were well kept and looked after the pool was lovely clean and very inviting on the whole we had a great stay Amanda & Ian

Fantastic location and beautiful sea view

Overall we were happy with our stay, communication with the property manager was fine, however I would’ve preferred to receive the property address and access arrangements from the HomeCare team a little earlier than 3 days before we were due to fly out as this caused unnecessary stress. The property cleanliness was a little unsatisfactory. It certainly hadn’t had a deep clean before we arrived. Sticky coffee table, drawers in 2nd bedroom were dirty so my friends kept their clothes in their case, floors very dusty around the edges, base of shower cubicle felt a little slimy. A castor was missing on one of the single beds so my friend had to stuff a magazine under it to steady the bed. The patio door wouldn’t lock when we arrived and the safe door was already locked so we couldn’t use it straight away, but Mike the maintenance man soon came to sort it. We had issues locking and unlocking the front door as the door kept dropping. Balcony was a good size but less furniture clutter on the balcony would be better. Sunbeds that fold up and more moveable would be nice so that you could take them around the pool. Or more reclining chairs. There was only 1. A welcome pack would’ve been a nice touch as we arrived early hours of the morning due to flight delay. It’s a good job we had leftover water and snacks from our flight as there was absolutely nothing in the apartment. All in all we had a great stay but just a little extra attention to detail would make this the perfect place.
