This beautiful 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment is located in the urbanization Jardines de Calahonda Phase II, situated close to the coast road halfway between Fuengirola and Marbella. The complex was built in the 1980's and has some of the best subtropical gardens in the area and boasts a magnificent swimming pool.
South facing, first floor apartment, overlooking the garden; 5 minutes’ walk from Luna beach and the coastal path, without having to cross the road.
Within walking distance, you will also find the shopping centers Los Cipreses and El Campanario with supermarkets (Lidl and Maskon), pharmacy, banks, cafes, restaurants, kiosk, dry cleaners / laundry, florist, etc ....
Jardines de Calahonda has its own local bar in the neighborhood, useful for enjoying a refreshing drink, a snack or an ice cream.
