Welcome to Casa Banderas and this newly built apartment located in La Cala de Mijas, between Fuengirola and Marbella. In the area, you can enjoy a fantastic pool area, gym, playground, and your very own paddle court with panoramic glass and 2 private parking spaces.



Casa Banderas is a newly built complex located just above LIDL for those of you who know La Cala, and it is about 1.5km to walk to the beach and into the heart of La Cala de Mijas.



The Space:

When you step into the apartment, you are greeted by an open and bright floor plan with the living room and the fully equipped kitchen straight ahead, here you have a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and everything you could possibly need to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner at home!



Straight ahead, you have a private and lovely terrace with a lounge area for up to 6 people and with views of the pool area, La Cala, the Mijas mountains and the sea. Because the terrace is in a south-east position, you have morning sun and sun all day during the summer with sunset behind the Mijas Mountains.



Further into the apartment, you have 3 bedrooms where the Master bedroom has a large double bed and a separate exit to the terrace and an ensuite bathroom, there are also 2 more bedrooms with 2 single beds each that can be put together into double beds if desired.



There is also 1 bathroom with a shower.



The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / C in each room, Smart TV and wifi, dishwasher and washing machine, 2 parking spaces and much more.



We would like to inform you about ongoing construction activities in the approximate area of Casa Banderas. Please note that the view and terraces, including the pool area on the opposite side of the complex, remain unaffected.



The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.



To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!



The Neighborhood:

Casa Banderas is a newly built complex located just above LIDL for those of you who know La Cala and it is about 1.5km to walk to the beach and into the heart of La Cala de Mijas. By car, it only takes a couple of minutes to reach the kilometer-long sandy beach.



The nearest shop is LIDL and is a walk of about 7-10min away and there are several restaurants nearby.



Getting Around:

As free parking is included, you can rest assure that you can always return after after an exiting day and never worry about parking you car.

- No smoking inside, no parties

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.
