Unfortunately the property was not worth the price. That is with no fault of the staff, who were absolutely lovely and willing to help where they could. The restaurant is also excellent. In terms of the negatives, it is incredibly loud in the area - fireworks, fire crackers, parties, loud music - even on weeknights. I would not stay here if I was a light sleeper. Even with earplugs it was still audible. The rooms are incredibly warm and there is limited air circulation, if you room window does not open it will be an uncomfortable stay. The housekeeping is not the best, in a newer hotel there was already mould in the grout of the showers and the silicon was coming away. Additionally there were stains all over the flooring in our room. The location around the hotel is dirty, and there are limited restaurants or cafes worth visiting. There is not a lot to do and if you are a visitor to Milan unfortunately I think you’ll often find yourself on a tram or car leaving the area. It is handy that they provide luggage storage. Sorry to say I will not stay again, and I cannot reiterate enough that the staff are fantastic and none of this is their fault.

Amazing hotel, lovely staff who are attentive and provide an excellent service. The breakfast is delicious and the niche touches of sweets and water in reception and the complimentary minibar for night one are a memorable touch. This is my second stay at this lovely hotel and I can’t recommend it enough.

Nice property - rooms are quite minimal - access is crazy limited with rooftop pool and bar closing super early and closed to friends of guests - why wouldn't you want more business - new hotel with old Italian bureaucracy problems

Great property overall: nice breakfast with espresso and cappuccino, and lots of food choices. It’s a little loud at night if your room faces the canal but they provide earplugs if you need them!

We had a fabulous experience at this beautiful and fun hotel. We used it as our "base camp" while traveling in northern Italy and we came back to it three times in 2 weeks. The facilities are amazing, especially the rooftop pool, the rooftop restaurant, the outdoor space off the lobby and the lobby itself. The best part by far was the staff, who went above and beyond on everything. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgable. They helped us with metro/tram instructions etc. One evening when we got back late, they kept the restaurant open to serve us dinner. On our 3rd time back to the hotel they had welcome back surprises ready for us! Oh, and it was a pleasure waking up to the fabulous breakfast every day. The candy in the lobby was a fun added touch. Also, appreciated the overall environmental conciousness of the hotel. We would definitely retun to this hotel and would highly recommemd!
